The government has welcomed delegates from more than 40 countries to London for the Border Security Summit. Home Secretary Yvette Cooper greeted counterparts from France, Germany, Italy and Spain, as well as Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer on the steps of Lancaster House, at a summit that aims to discuss the best ways to tackle migrant smuggling gangs and criminal networks.
