Govt Minister compares PM lockdown fine to speeding ticket
Description
Northern Ireland Secretary Brandon Lewis compares the fine imposed by police on the prime minister for lockdown breaches to speeding tickets issued to members of "previous Labour governments". He explains it is a fixed penalty notice which is "the same as a speeding ticket" and that the PM has accepted it.
