Govt committed to implementing minimum wage on May 1, says Saravanan

The government will implement the RM1,500 minimum wage on May 1 despite calls from certain industry players for a gradual increase in salary implementation, says Datuk Seri M. Saravanan.
The Human Resources Minister said that on Monday (April 18), and announced a total of 519,937 applications for foreign workers as of April 7.
