DSWD Secretary Erwin Tulfo says that the agency has a P20 million standby fund and would distribute 10,000 food packs for earthquake victims in Ilocos Norte during his visit to the province on Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2022. A magnitude 6.4 quake struck Abra on Tuesday night, October 25, affecting nearby provinces.
