Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon has announced a big new step toward deregulation, allowing companies to run multiple types of businesses at a single factory.
The measure is part of the government's so-called "allow-first-regulate-later" inituitive.
Currently, for the most part, factories can only make what they're licensed to make.
But from September, they'll be officially allowed to branch out beyond manufacturing into services.
