GOV'T CONSIDERING FREE MOVEMENT
Description
Minister of Foreign and Caricom Affairs Sean Sobers this afternoon explained why this country did not sign on for the full free movement within the community by October 1 at the just concluded summit in Jamaica.
So far only four Caricom countries have done so. They are Barbados, Belize, St Vincent and the Grenadines and Dominica.
