Gordon Hall - My Reputation

My reputation I build each day
I lay a block each time I pray
It opens doors for me you see
My reputation's really me
I'm front and center every day
When I let Jesus have his way
The mountains that were there by day
His precious blood will melt away. My reputation I need it most
It follows me from coast to coast
It's in each book of poems I write
It gives me peace both day and night
It helps me lay another block
My reputation is my walk
So I don't have to fear today
My reputation's here to stay.
