Oh!
So very cold
Jets of iced water
Spraying on my face
Bringing me to life
Tingling the senses
Running down over my body
Exquisite daggers bouncing off
Awakening the mind to another day
Turning round making me jump
Rivers running down my spine
Ice cold yet warming
Sharp subtle fingers trickling
Nerve endings screaming in ecstasy
Pores closed tight
Legs shivering
Still so delightful
Daily the ritual flagellation by water
Cleansing
Refreshing
