Google starts rolling out September security patch for Google Pixel, Nexus devices

Google has started rolling out software OTAs for the Pixel and Nexus devices to upgrade them to the latest September Android security patch. Android Police reported that although Google claimed that many compatible devices will start receiving the September security patch with the Android Oreo update, multiple users reported that they were still stuck with the August security patch. Seems like Google has quietly started rolling out the latest September security patch to all compatible devices.
