Google creates Alphabet to changes corporate structure

San Francisco (US), Aug 11, (EFE).- The technology giant, Google, has changed its business structure to improve management and put its R&D divisions under a new corporate umbrella called Alphabet.

The holding company will encompass Google, the main division of the new company with annual revenue of 60 billion dollars.
