What was the biggest red carpet trend at the Golden Globes this year? It was to make a statement and celebrities did so with their fashion choices, makeup and even dates. Leading ladies and men alike chose black and donned pins to support the Time’s Up movement to stand in solidarity with victims of sexual assault and harassment. Emma Stone’s bold makeup incorporated the colors of the women’s suffrage movement and she and many other actresses invited female activists to join them on the red carpet as their dates.
