GOCE launch highlights: Volker Liebig

After the launch of GOCE, ESA's Director of Earth Observation Volker Liebig recognises the effort and dedication of everyone involved, of the ESA scientists and engineers and, in particular, of the 41 companies from all over Europe, who worked on this mission.
