GM Paying Reported $900 Million Ignition Settlement

Sept. 17 -- General Motors is reported to have settled a criminal probe by the U.S. Justice Department that will find the automaker paying $900 million for the ignition switch flaw that prompted millions of auto recalls. Bloomberg's Jamie Butters reports on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
