Global Stocks Recede Slightly

According to Reuters, a global gauge of stocks ceded gains made earlier in the day.
MSCI's global gauge of stocks dropped about two-tenths of a percent on the day.
But a day before, the index of stocks around the global made some gains, which snapped a six-day losing streak.
In Europe, the STOXX 600 index is also down about two-tenths of a percent, while Germany's DAX index lost about four-tenths of a percent.
