Global Stocks Are About Flat

According Reuters, stocks around the globe around about flat on the day.
On the day for Jan. 17th, MSCI's all country world stock index rose by two-tenths of a percent.
In Europe, the Stoxx 600 index hardly moved, increasing by two-hundredths of a percent.
But stocks on Wall Street initially met the day with mixed results.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average was trading down by a margin of 24-points, before rebounding.
On the day, the Dow Jones is up only 17-points, rising to 24,224.
