Description
then there was.
After that there was a voilent lull;
an imbalance became our universe.
For a while there were no stars,
then there were.
A nuclear ballet choreographed our galaxy;
and a star too big for its boots fathered our system.
There were no humans on earth for four billion years,
then there were.
Cosmic sewerage was to blame;
all life sprung from this cesspit.
For fourteen billion years there was no God,
there still isn't.
Outside of our home is vast space;
ninety five billion light years of space.
And in a dark alley a man is killed,
Who cares?
