Girls will win medals, when they would be given security?

Mirabai Chanu has won the silver medal for India in Olympics 2021. Today, boxer Lovlina Borgohain has secured the second medal for the country, and today in badminton, PV Sindhu has strengthened the hopes of a third medal by making it to the semi-finals. These three players are women, but in our own country, the thinking of people towards women has been politically driven. The Chief Minister of Goa and the Culture Minister, while giving shameful advice on the crime of raping two girls said that the responsibility of minor girls should also be taken up by the family members. When the controversy escalated, the Goa CM clarified saying that I spoke about the shared responsibility of the government and the family as a concern and love for children.
