In these last years, the overall dimensions and the hardnesses (up to 8 Mohs) of the porcelain ceramics have increased. Together with stone look (rough) surfaces, cutting and breaking of these ceramics by classical tile cutters are almost impossible.
To solve these problems, we have adapted a power tool kit to our standard professional type "Giga-Cut" tile cutter. Because of the high RPM of the power tool, although the cutting is dry, you can achive an excellent cutting edge. By assembling a vacuum cleaner to the power tool kit, you can even work in closed areas free of dust.
By disassembling of the power tool kit and fixing element group and assembling the regular ruler, you can use it as a classical cutter.
NOTE: Wave turbo, diamond blades with 115 mm are used on the power tool.
