I’ve been through this 'dessert' we call life
Full of the pains, sorrows, and strife
Big on losing, I sure as hell aint
But that’s the funny thing ‘bout this bitch called fate
But..But.. where will I be in twenty years
Will I still have all these childish fears
Not afraid of dying but living at this point
Ive met my ropes end and im swinging from the knot
But then my saving grace
I can still see her pretty face
That day in the rain
Man that weather man was full of shit
But…But.. the concert was still a hit
So theres still hope, its still here, it hasn’t gone yet
When shall we meet or is it too grand a feat
It wont matter today, it wont matter tomorrow, but it matters to me
Cause im not going out like that… No I wont
Old and alone is no way to be… So Ill just stay young
