Giana Factory consists of Louise Foo, Sofie Johanne and Lisbet Fritze. Since 2008 an old warehouse in the outskirts of Copenhagen has set the scene for the creation of this trio's unique musical universe - A manipulation of easily accessible pop towards the darker recesses of electro and avant-garde.

October 2009 when Giana presented their first record in the form of the EP "Bloody Game", it was released on Music For Dreams. The EP, which was produced in collaboration with producer Tomas Barfod (WhoMadeWho, Filur) invited the listener into a foray of dreamy dark pop songs with electronic beats, deep synth, a hovering guitar presence and seductive vocals.

Since the release of the EP in 2009, Giana Factory has further expanded their horizon with an extensive European tour as support for Danish band, The Asteroids Galaxy Tour, as well as a series of solo concerts, including the Norwegian festival BY:Larm where they were invited to play in February 2010. And as a final tip of the hat to the trios´ relevance and potential, they were nominated for the award 'P3 Talent' at the P3 Gold awards in Copenhagen in January 2010.

The debut album "Save the Youth" is released September 21th 2010.

SPOT! Festival.

SPOT! is an annual music festival in the city of Århus, Denmark, showcasing up-and-coming Danish and Scandinavian talent. Around one hundred artists and bands from most genres of contemporary popular music - such as rock, hip hop, electronic music - play various stages in and around the Århus theatre and music venue, Musikhuset. Around 800 people attend, according to the official web site.
