Ahmad Ghailani was accused over the 1998 al-Qaeda bomb attacks on US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania that killed 224 people.
Ahmad Ghailani was found guilty of consipracy to damage or destroy US property, and for that he'll face at least 20 years in jail.
