GH-Bill Eckert Dies

Bill Eckert dies in his cousin Luke Spencer's arms. Bill dying words were "Bitter justice, The last face I see, is my own." Bill was shot by Frank Smith's henchmen, who thought he was Luke. Lucky and Sly saw it happen. Bill died saving the boys. This was November 1993.
