A Personnel of the Quezon City Risk Reduction and Management Office prepares rescue equipment and boats at the QCDRRMO’s depot on Sept. 8, 2021. QCDRRMO will deploy the rescue equipment to flood-prone areas in the city as Typhoon Jolina brings rain to Metro Manila.
