gershon hepner - sexual harassment

Harassment is wrong, every worker expects
her employer to leave her alone,
not making advances and asking for sex,
maintaining a high moral tone.
The workplace is not where employees should prowl
for favors from those they employ
since many will lodge a complaint and cry 'Foul! '
because such advances annoy.

The lawyers have entered the fray and have made
of the workplace a legal morass,
so it isn't a place where it's safe to get laid
since it's legal for them to harass.
Should you be turned on by employees, beware,
for wolves behind doors are preparing
to make their advances and ask you to share
what you've earned but may lose daring baring.
