I like the unelectric buzz
I get from contact with your fuzz
when you are lying over me.
I feel I lie in clover, me-
diagenic, surely, supine posed,
waiting till you’re quite exposed,
open as a mind not closed,
ready for what I proposed,
or you perhaps, it doesn’t matter.
Below you, I begin to batter,
like John Donne’s Trinitarian
divinity, though no sectarian,
your body, till profanity
pre-empts our former sanity
and we express, electric both,
hips joined, our Hippocratic oath
to do no harm, despite the shock,
until the crowing of the cock.

Inspired by a poem by e. e. cummings:

i like my body when it is with your
body. It is so quite a new thing.
Muscles better and nerves more.
i like your body. i like what it does,
i like its hows. i like to feel the spine
of your body and its bones, and the trembling
-firm-smooth ness and which i will
again and again and again
kiss, i like kissing this and that of you,
i like, , slowly stroking the, shocking fuzz
of your electric fur, and what-is-it comes
over parting flesh.... And eyes big Love-crumbs,
and possibly I like the thrill
of under me you quite so new.
