GAYATRI NAMBIAR - ! SOUVENIR!

While you dip your pen
in a bottle of blue ink
and splash the rest
of that ink on friends
and foes;
I chisel and shape
a marvel in amber red
and dip my pen in green
to mould a gift for nature
as a souvenir of a lifetime.
