'Gauteng residents don't deserve e-tolls'

The Gauteng government is adamant e-tolls aren't working and cannot continue. Gauteng Roads and Transport MEC, Jacob Mamabolo has rubbished the e-toll system, calling it diabolical and doomed from the onset. He says Gauteng residents must no longer be burdened by this system. Courtesy #DStv403
