Gangapur "Dabdabba", Nashik

The Dudhsagar Waterfalls or Dabdabba falls are located at the outskirts of Nashik, Maharashtra (India), just close to the Someshwar temple. The remarkable fact about this lovely falls is its creamy white water that earned it the pretty name "Dudhsagar" meaning the ocean of milk. The Dudhsagar Waterfalls are 10 meters long and the water is milky white. The waterfall becomes more beautiful and worth visit after the monsoon season as there is ample water in the falls.

The waterfall is a part of the river Godaveri which is very much part of the heritage and tradition of the Hindu belief. There are many places in the banks of the river where small temples of Ram or Hanuman are built.
