Ganache

Description

Recipe to prepare "Ganache":

Ingredients:
1 bowl baby free double-fat cream
1 bowl bitter chocolate

Method:
Place a deep pan on medium flame.
Pour in the cream, and stir continuously until a boil.
Take it off the flame, and add in bitter chocolate little by little while stirring continuously until it melts.
Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
Ganache is ready to use.

Note:
Ganache is used in cakes and pastries as accompaniment and for garnishing.
