Galaxy Gear custom ringtones

This is a little demo on how to install apps and custom ringtones/notifications on the Samsung Galaxy Gear without root or adb\r

Download the following\r

Make sure to put them somewhere you wont forget.\r
\r
INSTRUCTIONS\r
\r
1.On the Gear go to settings/about gear and check usb debug\r
2.On the Computer install Wondershare MobileGo app (link is above)\r
3. Download the tonepicker apk (link is above)\r
4. Open MobileGo\r
5. Put your Watch in its dock and connect it to the computer.\r
The watch should pop up on Mobile Go\r
6. Find the section that says apps on mobile go and click on it\r
7. On the top part there is an icon that says install, so click on it\r
8. Find the tone picker app (wherever you have put it and just click open)\r
9. you can now check on your watch and the app should be installed\r
10. Now time to add ringtones/notifications/alarm sounds/ songs etc.\r
11. On Mobilego you see where you put the app well go to Files, under ringtones you can just click and drag or add from the top menu. same thing goes for notifications, alarms, music.\r
12. ONCE YOUR DONE MOVING FILES OVER UNPLUG THE GEAR AND RESTART IT.\r
13. after the watch rebooted, go to your apps and find tone picker. From there go to ringtone, is going to ask where to choose from and choose tone picker. Find your ringtone and apply and your DONE.\r
