She was executed publicly. The story of this film is based on some true facts. This film was directed by famous Pakistani film Director Late Riaz Shahid. Zerqa role was performed by his wife ie the famous film star of past "Neelo" who is now also the mother of present famous Pakistani film star "Shaan."
