Fusion Basics 35 - Apply Modes Pt 3

This is an ongoing series introducing you to Blackmagic Design Fusion which is an advanced compositor used on many films and tv shows for both motion graphics and visual effects.

In this tutorial we look at the Difference and Exclusion Apply modes and especially the Difference mode can help you know if you are on exactly the correct frame when working with footage - as well as showing how they can be used to do creative colourisation of items. We then look at the Hue, Saturation, Colour and Luminosity Apply Modes and how they can be used creatively in Fusion.
