A possible tornado was spotted near Dayton, Ohio, as damaging storms swept the Cincinnati metropolitan area on Wednesday evening, May 24.
National Weather Service in Wilmington, Ohio, issued an appeal on its Facebook page for any footage of the funnel cloud. Video captured by Kevin Mote shows the menacing cloud in the community of Park Layne, near Dayton, and what appears to be a lightning strike or electrical explosion.
