A traffic cop dances in the middle of the street while directing traffic in the Philippines.
A nearby shop in Bangued, Abra, was playing loud music in the morning of November 8. Rendon Domasing, who worked in the shop played the music. He said he did not know who the cop was.
Rendon said:" I hope that he gets assigned here often. He makes people smile."
