Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday addressed a rally in Allahabad. Senior BJP leaders like Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh and Lal Krishna Advani were also present. Maintaining that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) can't see Uttar Pradesh getting ravaged by the current government, Modi said the time for a change has come in the state.
