Full Moon Memory Walk 2014

THUNDER BAY – The Full Moon Memory Walk is headed into its tenth year. The walk honours the memory of missing and murdered Anishinabe and Metis Women.

Full Moon Memory Walk co-founder Sharon Johnson and Cheryl Friday talk about the Full Moon Memory Walk.

The walk, starting from Thunder Bay City Hall will travel down Simpson Street and then over the Pacific Avenue Bridge to the Neebing-MacIntyre Floodway.

There will be a sacred fire at the site, and at the conclusion of the walk there will be a Drum Ceremony and a feast on site.
