Frustrations over licensing renewals continue

The Transport department is promising to root out corruption. It's alleged that some officials are receiving bribes from motorists and learner drivers. Meanwhile some Gauteng motorists are frustrated about the backlog at the traffic department's license renewals. They claim the system isn’t working.
