Frozen in Minecraft (Recreating Elsas Powers Bukkit Plugin)

Recently, Ive been suffering from an extended obession over theFrozen. In order to satisfy such obsession, I have created a Bukkit plugin that recreates all of Elsas ice powers in Minecraft!\r
