On today's From Quito, we take a look at how the international day against homophobia was celebrated across the region. After all the celebrations, the issue remains that discrimination continues to be the norm in most countries. Despite several advancements like transgender candidates winning office in Ecuador and Venezuela, a lot still needs to be done. Reaching full respect for diversity is still a challenge for Latin America.
