From Quito: Camilo Luzuriaga

In today's programme: Ecuador's cinema. It's not well known, even in Latin America, but the number of films being made has increased dramatically in recent years. Even though they are still strugglin to draw an audience. To talk about this, we are very pleased to have with us Camilo Luzuriaga. He is a well established filmmaker himself, he is also the head of the INCINE film school and one of the founders of the country's best-known art cinema OCHOYMEDIO, or EIGHT AND A HALF, named of course after the classic Fellini film.
