From Havana: Elier Pilas

Elier Pilas is one of the youngest metereologists in Cuba. He focused his career in weather forecast, extremely important in this country constantly hit by hurricanes. He is also a weather man on TV, which is an extra challenge in order to talk to him to understand how this works in Cuba, we went to the Institute of Metereology, specifically to the center of weather forecast, a historic building near the Havana bay.
