Dog owner Gina Candia Lucido, 46, says she is not pursuing the case against 23-year-old Jason Caparida Fuentes, who doused her dog with hot water at dawn of Sunday, February 19, 2023. She is asking Fuentes, though, to sign a compromise agreement. Fuentes was arrested on Sunday following the incident.
