Frog King Greeting Card

Made in Germany, this pop up greeting card is a small miracle of paper engineering. Slip it out of the outer case, and it pops up to a great height.

Although the label says Der Froschkönig, which literally means the Frog King, this figure relates to a story, told in Grimm's Fairy Tales, about the Frog Prince. In the tale, a spoiled princess reluctantly befriends a frog. A the end of the story, the frog is transformed into a handsome prince.
