Freshdesk's New Acquisition
Description
Customer support software provider - Freshdesk has acquired Airwoot, a startup that uses machine learning to help brands deliver high-speed customer service on social media. Airwoot marks Freshdesk's fifth acquisition in the last year and is aimed at helping its clients offer better customer support via social media.
