Freediving course AIDA1 + Training day

We learned Freediving theories, Breath hold techniques, Buddy system, Safety, What to do during Samba and/or Blackout, Valsalva and Frenzel equalization, Logging dives, Finning techniques and we had to swim at least 50meters to reach the drop off. We spotted a sea turtle for 5sec then it swam away and I got stung on my face by a jellyfish. But we're happy to be a certified Freediver!
