Author of the book The Uncivil War: Blacks VS. Niggers, Taleeb is not your typical black conservative. He’s an ex-con from the ghettos of Philly whose cousin was murdered by thugs. Where most of us get to pontificate from cafés, Starkes is on the front lines trying to make things better for black youths and if there’s one thing he’s learned, letting liberals police the conversation ain’t working.
