as life flows downstream,
fighting the currents
to grasp knowledge
layered deep.

Composing music with memories,
new discoveries, forever lit;
while seeing short, crystal moments,
smartly as a drowned card player
contemplating chips.

Writing wondrous tales,
that gently play on all hearts,
language beautiful as tunes
from David’s lonely harp.

Trudging through experiences
until they bore you to tears
whilst opening a baby's soft, milky eyes
to tame tossed around fears.

Breathing singular cultures,
known only to the wise,
while embracing those abroad
by opening seldom opened eyes.

Wisdom,
go journey through everyone’s mind.
