In an opiate stupor
for three days I lay.
In a Burmese border town
boarding house.
Where I slipped in and out
of consciousness and
dreamed of Chinese whores
in 'Ming the Merciless' brocade dresses
pulled on rollerskates
by fleets of Chihuahuas.
