Francesca Johnson - Unidentified frying object

What is that on the heat?
Is it meat?
It's sizzling,
frizzling
in the pan.

But what will it be?
Give me a clue.

I can see it's got a pink side
and a mink-coloured side.

I think it could be pork
or chicken breast.
It's a guess.

So I'll uncork
a rose
and hope for the best.
