Info from Licensor: "I was at work when I received a notification on my phone that my doorbell had recorded movement. I watched the video clip in disbelief and then went to my phone app to listen to the video. I was shocked at the blatant disrespect and disregard as to the content inside, which was clearly marked 'fragile' on the box. Once I heard the sound of the box crashing onto my porch, I was not a satisfied consumer. This box contained Christmas gifts for my children, from their grandparents."
